rotary tool not working properly?

i have a craftsman rotary tool model: 572.610031. The motor runs but the head of the tool doesn't spin like it should when placed against any kind of material. What can i do to fix this problem??

Go to the following link and buy a new Flex Coupling. You will have to take the tool apart (easy; torx screws, remove brushes & hanger wire near power cord entrance) to replace....
