Mend Ariston WAS10476 Washing Machine Fabric Softener

My Ariston Washing Machine can't take the fabric softener?

My Ariston wasing machine can't take the fabric softener, though it was on the program cycles.
The fabric softener container was still full of the liquid.
What can I do to fix it?
