Mend Diplomat ADP 8352 Water Ideas

Diplomat ADP 8352 - water in sump?

Yes its another diplomat sump question - this machine is giving me the 4 alarms and the sump keeps filling with water, any ideas as to which seals need replacing and where i can get the parts? - thanks!!

btw - I bought this 13 months ago and have only used it 6 times - so its brand new and yet the sump is filling up?

I'm not an engineer, but a company called Kingfisher White Services Ltd specialise in Diplomat / Hygena systems. They have are listed on UKWhiteGoods website, if you check the repairs section they can check for an engineer in your local area. i believe they are only London based.
