Mend iLO ilo Mp3 Worked Fine

I bought my ilo mp3 playerr and its always worked fine till today?

its says incorecct format, reformat the player. So ho w do i do that. I have unistalled and reinstalled, and it want even erase the songs that are there. It just freezes my computer. OMG help me please
