I have a sime ff100e and the d/h amd c/h runs for 30 -40 seconds then cuts out. We have had british gas 7 times and it's still the same. I fitted a magna clean as they sugested they fitted a plate to plate heat exchanger. I also drained down c/h and removed all rads and cleaned out with the pressure washer but the boiler still cuts out b gas say we need new boiler but i am concerned that, that is not the answer. Can anyone give me advise?

if both ch and hw runs for 30 40 sec could be a faulty ch ntc or somthing as simple as a dirty fan Gas Board should be able to sort? cannot offer more advice without fear of somone not quallified investigating
