dishwasher not spraying water?

Smeg inergrated dishwasher pumps out starts,does not spraywater ,heats water and fills.shows E3 when cycle complete HELP

It all seems to be working then apart from the bigger pump that forces the water around the machine.

Your choices are: self diagnosis and repair - call an engineer - invoke warranty if you have any - replacement machine.

In the mean time it's a clettering brush and Fairy Liquid.
