my van is making loud noise ?

my van is a 99 oldsmobile silhouette the front end is making loud noise but isnt the engine! When inside the van sounds like an airplane! When I turn it sound worse

not familiar with these vans but it sounds like a front wheel bearing needs replacing. when vehicle weight is transferred onto that wheel it gets noisier. jack up front wheels and spin them to make sure which bearing has gone.
