Mend Citroen Xantia Heater Fan Start

citreon xantia diesel ?

I have just noticed that when I put on my ignition the heater fan runs as normal. However, when I start up and run the engine the heater fan goes of. So no heater when the engine runs. I have a feeling it must be a neutral connection. But anybody had this fault?
