Mend Fiat Punto Heater

Heater will not work. Fan will not even start?

Heater will not work. Fan will not even start.Dead as a door knocker. Have checked all fuses. This is on a Fiat Punt year 2000. Any help please.

Could be the fan motor or the resistor pack that allows slower fan speeds.
