Just read a long series of fixes for this problem (which just showed up on MY Bosch DW) over at www.reviewcentre.com
Read the reviews of ALL the Bosch DW, and you'll see a major theme of defective (yet DIY fixable) relay on the circuit board. I'll look at mine tonight and see if that's my fix, too. Good Luck.
