Mend Renault 1996 Clio RSI Immobiliser Ignition Fault

How can I repair a 1996 Clio immobiliser ?

1996 Clio RSI. Intermittent fault with factory alarm / immob. system. Blipping the remote allows access to the car but all ignition is dead.
Return hours later and all OK !

Sorry but i dont know how to fix it but you may need to see if the following symptoms are present to get a better diagnostic answer. check to see what the red immobiliser light is doing each time. If it is flashing quickly before and when you turn the ignition your car wont start. If the light is flashing slowly then your car starts, Correct? This is definatley an immobiliser fault.
