I HAVE AN ADP8221 AND CANNOT OPEN THE DOOR, ANY SUGGESTIONS?

I HAVE AN INTERGRATED ADP 8221 AND PUT IT ON A NORMAL CYCLE THIS MORNING, WHEN IT HAD FINISHED ITS CYCLE I COULDNT OPEN THE DOOR AT ALL. WE HAVE SWITCHED IT OFF AT THE MAIN AND IN AGAIN AND TRIED TO OPEN IT BUT UNSUCCESSFUL.

ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE GRATEFULLY RECEIVED.
