glow plugs on fiat ducato 1988 2.5td?

my van stuggles to start wen cold and the relay for the glo plugs clicks of as soon as i turn the key but ok wen worm

hello i have a fiat ducato 1988 citren c 25 d not turbo motorhome but it does not matter the glow plugs are at the back of the engine set in deep in the engine you need a long tool spanner to get them out it is a long job so take your time or you will hit you hands on the engine parts around them ,,,,,,,,,,,,DO NOT GET THE TOOL THAT COMES FROM THE DEALER IT IS FOR GETTING THE GLOW PLUS OUT WHEN THE ENGINE IT OUT AS WELL .. hope this as helped you all the best
