To get the housing off, after you get all the screws out. Do this.
you must have a slim screw driver that fits the screw inside the clutch houseing, The screw driver must be a good fit. The thing that the drive rod goes into, Dont strip the screw or you are screwed. You can pull off the black coupler to get better acces.

you have to hold the fan there is hole to put a rod or screw driver into the fan. you dont want to break blade. it ruined then.

This is so you can hold the fan and motor from turning while you put downward pressure on the screw and turn it with a snap of the wrist it is on tight. The rod or screw driver should be in the lower part of the fan look cloesely with a flash light and put it in the thick part of fan. You will know its right because the rod will go farther down than the rest of the fan.

Next is the clutch, use the rod or screw driver and turn the clutch with a large pair of channel locks and unscrew it, counter clockwise.
I am just telling you how I did it. Good luck.
That should do it I just did it thats how I know.
