STOVES OVEN Q720EM SEAL FITTING?

Hi,can anyone tell me how to remove the original rubber seal around the bottom oven on my Stoves Q720EM? It looks like it has clips to undo at the top but I want to check before going ahead. I have a replacement to fit afterwoods,will it be easy? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
