Mend BISSELL 8910 Model Heat Works

how can I fix my bissell proheat shampooer model 8910?

it turns on heat works but no shampoo comes out even when I squeeze the yellow lever 4 extra shampoo nothing! no shampoo or water or anything comes out even though full, carpet stays bone dry! Help!!!
