Mend Buderus Isar 30100 Boiler Error Code Pcb

Isar 30100 does not fire up?

We had a new pcb fitted and a new converter fitted a week later. All three Thermistors are working ok but the boiler just will not fire up. The Error code shows H - 3. Does anyone have an idea what may be wrong.
