Mend Fellowes LP340HS

how can I get out a pouch which is wrapped the wrong way round the roller?

my husband put in a pouch the wrong way on my LP340HS and it is stuck. Wehave taken all the screws out but it is stuck fast. Any Ideas

I was able to do this for a rexel laminator by loosening the screws on the brackets at each end of the rollers;this allowed enough movement to access the mangled pouch which I was able to patially cut away then pull out the rest.
It took about 2 hours of fiddling but it still works ok.
