ford transit 125psi t350 engine tapping knocking noise?
hi i have a transit t350 2.4td 03 reg and the engine is making a tapping knocking noise from top part of the engine..some1 told me it was the injectors but bought and replaced with new ones but to no avale..noise is still there.the noise is not as noisey when revving it, but it is still there...Please can anyone help me or suggest what the problem may be
hi sounds like hydralic tappets collapsing causing valve or valves to open and shut out of time. usually a slight smoking out exhaust and diesel knock .terrible engines also for hydraulic chain tensioner collapsing
