How can I Focus Techweb1?

Hi I have a Techweb1 webcam from Tesco which says it has a manual focus,1cm to infinity,How do I alter this,as its far too close??? Thanks

Reading their instructions, twist the lens gently.

Ours is awful picture quality, going to take it back.
