Got no response from this or any other site(free info that is)phoned an engineer but he said probably circuit board and too expensive to repair.contacted Beko service and they confirmed main board fault .I phoned their designated spares outlet but board not in stock, but were very helpful and got one from Beko service and sent it on.it took 10 days tho as holidayweekend intervened.fitted board myself. disconnected machine from mains took off top and board was easily recognised from new board.it had multiple connectors but made note of where everthing went.disconnected some of the plugs but found a couple too hard to loosen so unscrewed board holder from body but it seemed attached to side of machine but no visible screws, it was stuck with double sided sticky pad and came off easily enough.found the other plugs were held in place with clips on board holder so loosened screws on board and unclipped it and plugs came off easily.removed old board and reattached plug connectors to new board and refitted. Seems to be working fine so far.cost of board was £50 and change but seen it advertised on websites for far more best phoning Beko spares direct
