We have this machine, and although we haven't been able to fix the problem you have (ours died today), my wifes brother (who is a washing machine repairman) suggested 3 things. 1. open the filter cover and unscrew to see if there are any objects inside. 2. Remove the waste pipe and hold it above waste height. 3. Remove the top of the washing machine and there is a small flexy pipe which runs along the back to the left side of the machine. Remove it and blow down it as much as you can, replace and give it another go.
