to stop chewing tapes. Sometimes if I fastforward, or even just play the tape, it will be all chewed. I know for sure it is not the tape, since I have tryed numerous tapes in the player. So is there something inside I can mend?
how do i fix my tape player, it does not play on both sides just one side

change the drive belts, check nothing is blocking the mechanism like paper from torn cassette lables, clean the mode switch.
