Mend Kia Sedona Cd Stuck Player Working

cd stuck in 2002 kia sedona?

cd player was working .when i got in the van later the stereo was off and kept hitting power button but it didnt come on then i noticed a reset button so i did that and stereo came back on but now the cd is stuck in player and keeps saying no cd id like to know why it went off in the first place and how do i get the cd out
