Turn machine off and disconnect turbo head from tube. Undo the plastic screw on the bottom of the turbo head with a philips head screwdriver and remove clean and wash the brush as it could be clumped up with hair etc. then replace back on turbo head and do up. Connect turbo head back on to pipe and turn on machine. Hopefully turbo head is turning quickly and therefore should pickup. You should also see if you have suction but if turbo head is turning fast you definitely have suction.

Remove the hose and see if suction is good right into the canister.
If it's OK there - something is either stuck in the hose or in the turbo/powerbrush (the neck is likely).
If you little suction at the canister opening, remove your bag, clean / replace the filters.
