loss of txt on 14 day prog guide?

does anyone know how to rectify my problem.?
I seem to have lost about three quarters of the information on my 14 day prog guide. If for example, i go to five,fiver,sky3,etc etc, the current prog details are not displayed in the synopsis box. You can still watch the programme but you cannot record the programme.! Ihave tried doing resets and re-tuning but nothing seems to work.
