I have a Wall MountedBristan Pisa Thermostatic Shower unit. How do I take it apart to remove the cartridge so I can fit a new set of seals

call Bristan customer support (08447016273) They will send you the seals for free if the unit is under 5 years old and will also e-mail you the instructions. Very helpful they were too.
