When I play a dvd on my Apex ad-1100 dvd player.....18 months old....the sound is still too low ....even when the volume on the telly is at maximum!....what's wrong?!!!
this may not be your problem ,but mine was doing that as well and as it turned out i needed to change the output on my tv. it worked on that output ,but the volume only worked on the 2nd output. hope it halps you.
