how to change rear brake pads on megane?

How do you change to rear break pads on a 04 reg 1.6 megane.
Getting the caliper down into position, pushing back the piston further in order to make room for the new pads. Is this a push or screw method to make the room. Just cant getting enough room to get caliper back into position
