Mend Ideal Isar HE 24 Stopped Heating Control

ideal isar he 24 stopped working?

Have no central heating or hot water and the control panel is blank though power is going to it, have tried replacing control panel but didn''t work, the replacement control panels circuitry was different to the original, though product number was the same, what else could it be?

A Repalcement PCB MUST be fitted by a Qualified Registered Competent Gas Boiler Engineer - Reason:
New PCB is a universal type which has to be configured to suit the exact model of boiler that it is fitted to i'm qualified, and I usually have to ring ideal boilers to talk me through the procedure, Ideal Boilers will not talk to Non registered Persons
