How do you fill a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 28i boiler?

Please can someone give me an 'idiot's guide' to filling a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 28i boiler? I have tried putting the key into the correct place, turning it and opening the black knob on the right hand side. How far should the key and the knob be turned and does the key need to be turned clockwise or anticlockwise? Thank you!

feel it locate where it will push in further turn and lock
the edge of the key should be facing you if its in right
and you shouldnt be able to pull it out
