Mend Freeview Box Channel

Freeview box has stopped autmatic channels?

Our box is now being channel changed one by one not by number (it is not the battery checked) also we have lost the subs and these are vital for me we also have the word 'it' stuck in the top right handcorner in sub can anyone help
