open the clock front and remove the small fixing that holds the hour hand on ,look at the hour finger center you will see (1) either a splined hole in the middle,
(2) or more likely a square hole
if the first version just rotate the finger a couple of splines and see where it now strikes
if the second version the square is a friction fit place a good fitting screwdriver in the square and gently turn this might take a couple of attempts to align up properly on the hour .When you are happy with the alignment a tiny bit of solder on the rear of the finger works wonders
YOU NEVER EVER TURN A CHIMING CLOCK FINGERS BACKWARDS TO CORRECT THE TIME IT CAUSES THE ABOVE PROBLEM
