Mend Clock Westminster Chime

Napoleon Style clock with Westminster Chime?

I recently bought this clock, balanced it and it ran and chimed with no problems. Unfortunately i noticed the hour hand was not quite on the hour so moved it slightly, now the chimes are off each hour has the wrong number of chimes. What have i done?

the hr hand is only a friction fit, it can come loose so allow the clock to strike then just rotate the hr hand round to the new position the clock has just struck, then gently push the finger on to the center spindle.
