Mend Ariston MBA3842CUK Display Works Light

how can i fix my ariston mba3842cuk fridge freezer?

the door display works ok but the fridge and freezer do nothing at all, not even the light in the fridge.i thought the problem was a faulty control module but a new one hasn`t had any affect.whats wrong with it,can anyone help?
