Mend Beko 447 Tumble Dryer No Heat Broken

sensordry 447 broken, wont turn or heat?

hi, ive just got a 447 from a friend but its broken. the timer works but other than a strange clicking noise nothing else happens. it sounds like something is going on inside and some clicks but theres no heat and the drum doesnt spin. ive checked the belt which looks fine so im at a lose as to what to do next. can any one help?

Check the motor and drum rotate when turned by hand.could be a faulty capacitor on the motor that is stopping the motor from starting up.there is a red reset button on the back which will pop out and stop the heater working if the motor doesn't start up
