Indesit wai121 black dirt/gudge in shower part of drawer?

Don't know if this is a machine fault or is from my water pipe that fills the machine but the holes that fill the drawer have a awful black substance staining them I,ve scrubed with bleach and run the machine on the hottest setting but I can't get rid of it

They all do it after a while...its due to the detergent splashing up from the delivery trays and fouling the spray holes. So long as the water is actually showering down into the trays there isn't much you can do about it apart from removing them for a good scrub.
