It seems that you have never tried to get information from Sony, otherwise you would know that they do not help you or sell you spare parts. They only have a so-called service department that wants to charge over 430 euro's to replace a Dvd/cd optical drive, and they also do not let you have a MANUAL!!

Assuming that you have lost/deleted your manual, try downloading a new one from www.sony.com
