HOW CAN I GET THIS REPAIRED AT A REASONABLE PRICE?

my sat nav system will only work when the outside temp is 17*c as this operates the radio heater etc, it is annoying but works perfect in the hot weather, nissan want about £1200 to replace this with a recon sat nav which i think is a total rip off as everything works perfect once this comes on
