SAMSUNG L83T CHARGER?

I recieved a samsung l83t camera last year for my birthday last year. i do not use it too much, probably once every two or three months. Ever since i bought it ive realised the charger does not work properly, the charger flashes red amber green, then the lights go off, and it stops working. it doesnt charge at all, it used to charge, but bow its gotten to the point where the lights dont even switch on anymore, and i cant charge it on the computer, via the USB port, as it doesnt wok their either. So i just wanted to know, does anyone know how i could repair it? or where i could buy another one? preferably from a shop, i am 14 years of age, and i dont have a credit card so i cant buy online. thankyou :)
