Mend Trailer Lights Brake

Trailer Lights?

Lights on trailer work fine all around, but the thing I do notice, is that the brake lights, when put on are not very bright, seems that the extra LEDs come on but not bright like most brake light's do. Not sure if I need to use something extra to kick them up brighter or what, any help would be appreciated.
