Diplomat Diplomat AAA1473 Kitchen Appliances, Electric Cookers Front Unit Months

Same problem - 3rd time this has happened - first 2 times under warranty and engineer replaced the whole ring each time !! Dont really want to pay for a 3rd ring only for this to happen again !!!!!

I have the same problem and as I got it from MFI although it is in the years warranty I am not covered - Any help would be appreciated.
