how to fix merc benz c180 milage clock?

I blew the hazard light fuse and the mileage clock reset it's self back to zero and hazard lights do not flash when car is been locked or opened.I have checked the fuse's. Is there anyway to fix this without going to a garage, i can fix most problems with my car but not sure about this. Any help would be great.
