How do I fix the grill in my Hygena Classic oven and Grill?

I closed the oven door when grill was on, noticed my mistake after about five mins, now grill won't work. Where do I start and how do I repair? Oven/Grill is about 12 year old and has been totally trouble free so I am happy to keep and not replace.

remove top screws from casing there is a sensor with a small red button in the middle press this should work after but will have to keep preesing every so often
