Mend Alpha CD 28C Combi Boiler Help Fire Time

how to fix alpha cd 28c combi boiler neon B HELP?

brand new boiler, went to fire her up for the first time and it went through it's cycle, fan, pump ect ect and fired up, then 10secs later she locks out with neon b constantly illuminated, any ideas what it could be? the air vent is open so its not air trapped in the boiler, i've got a basic understanding of the guts of a boiler but no experience in fixing internal faults, thanks for any help :)

Brand New Boiler - Call Alpha Boilers under the the terms of the Warranty (assuming it has been installed and notified by a correctly qualified and registered person) otherwise you could be stuck!

iv reset it 100 times still no joy, im thinking maybe a blocked flue ?

burner failed to light. reset and try again. if it doesnt detect a flame it will lock out

well the light on the front of the boiler comes on to show the burners on so im guessing so, but im not sure
