nearly new zanussi washing washine won't drain?

try checking the filter for dirth, , it should be at the bottom of the machine under a panel , , now if you find it , and open it , and there is water still in the drum , have something for it to go into , a pot , ect" just open it slow, take it out and clean it , i would try that first", and if that dont fix it , i would go to the grey hose at the back were the water should come out, and unclip it and hold it down lower than the drum , into a pot ect" and see if any water comes out if it , that gray hose goes to the pump , and it clipped on , you can unclip it , to see into the pump , sometimes , hair clips , coins things like that , get in to the pump and jam it , they need to be remover , , but start with the first thing first , the filter ,
