Mend Mercedes-Benz C 200 Warning Switch Ignition

Dash board warning lights Mercedes C 200?

When we switch on the ignition we have the alternator lights etc that light up. In my car they switch off in a second and my fuel gauge does not work also. It works ocassonally. can someone help I am sure that there is something lose. All this happened when I got Green Flag to give me a jump start.
