Mend Peugeot 206 Stopped

Horn, Peugeot 206 (yd52 plate)?

The horn on my peugeot 206 has stopped working.When you depress the button you can hear the relay clicking,so everthing seems ok to this point.Could it be the actual horn unit thats at fault.If so will any universal horn be ok to replace it,ie one that you can buy at Halfords for instance.

Could well be just the horn unit. I'd whip it off the car and put a separate 12v supply through it and see if it sounds. If it doesn't then you know it's duff.
You should be able to fit an aftermarket horn ok but I'd get one off a scrappy myself for a couple of quid.
