vibration in pedals, ?

when driving im getting vibrations in all three pedals, also the rear drivers wheel is not straight i have noticed a metal bracket which is at the right of the drum it is attatched at the top but not at the bottom think it's a bolt missing, the car is a 1999 peugeot 206 1.7 diesel,
