Mend Servis Sonata Washing Cycle Properly

The make is Servis and the model is the Sonata?

This automatic washing machine starts the cycle and washes properly. When it comes to make the first rinse it does not empty completely and stops with the power indicator lamp still on. Is there something wrong with the timer (programme selector) or is the fault from the electronic card ?
